If your site is listed here, it's because the site's URL has:

been posted in a comment that has been deemed to be spam
been listed/flagged as spam by a credible source, and/or
proved self-evident that the content therein, upon first-hand interaction with said URL, is -- at best -- of no conceivable good or even neutral use to the majority of the users who would somehow end up on the site.
